There are many ways we could answer this question. We are a Presbyterian congregation located in Quincy, IL, on the western bulge of Central Illinois. Our denomination is the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan. We are part of the Reformed family of Christians, and we think of ourselves as a family of Bible-based Christians of all ages, with a heritage going back 172 years. What we believe
Essentials of Our Faith All Scripture is self-attesting and being Truth, requires our unreserved submission in all areas of life. Our worship
For most of the year, we offer two distinct worship opportunities each Sunday morning. The 8:30 service is tailored for those of the church family who prefer a more traditional worship style with robed choir and organ accompanying the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Others like a more contemporary worship style with a praise team leading congregational singing, and this service starts at 11:00. All ages are welcomed and represented at both services. …

Our youth

It is a sad fact that statistics reveal a lack of basic knowledge of the Bible and the great truths of the Christian faith. Our learning opportunities
In addition to a full program of graded children's Sunday School classes, Faith Presbyterian offers Christian educational opportunities for all ages from Junior High and Senior High youth to adult Bible studies and topical presentations from 9:45 to 10:45 AM every Sunday. The current classes are posted in the Fellowship Hall and in the lower entry hallway.
